About the client
Nutrify is a Nigerian nutrition and supplement brand focused on everyday health and wellness.
The brief
Nutrify was planning its next chapter and needed to hear from three groups at once: everyday consumers, supplement users and the pharmacists who advise them.
Each question needed its own study, but the team wanted them run together, on one timeline, with answers they could compare.
How we ran it
- 1.Main study: 257 men and women aged 23+ in five cities, interviewed by voice and video, with 20 questions answered out loud and AI-moderated follow-ups.
- 2.Concept study: 61 supplement users in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, reacting to a new product idea, in under ten days.
- 3.Pharmacist study: 36 practising pharmacists, recruited and interviewed by voice in three days.
- 4.Recruited through Wyza's panel, targeted ads, recruiters and field agents, with fraud and duplicate checks on every response.
- 5.Set city and gender groups so each market could be read on its own.
What they got
- A narrative report for each study, with every number linked to the voice and video answers behind it.
- Highlight films so the team could hear consumers directly.
- Cross-tabs and exports for each study.
- Ask-your-data chat across every study.
